A dose of omega-3 is great for your mind

We need omega-3 everyday as well as half an hour of sunshine as basic ingredients to healthy, wealthy life.

Fish is our source of omega-3 in our normal diet. However, fish is required to be eaten fresh as one get it from the market. How many people can get to fish-monger everyday in Melbourne?? An alternative method to get your source of omega-3 is linseed. Since I have my one tablespoon of linseed, I am less fatigue and more alert. I don't have constipation anymore.
